Arbor Crest Winery

With August upon us, It's time for Art & Glass Fest at the the Arbor Crest Winery in Spokane Valley.

August 16-17, 11am to 6pm.

This year I'll be featuring new work and works from my collection, both originals and prints on canvas and papers, with a wide price range with something for every budget.

The event at the winery is a great time, a beautiful setting with music, food and of course their world class wines, and a plethora of art and artists from around the region.

I hope to see you there, and tell your friends, this is a must see event during the summer in Spokane.

Why Kingfisher, I suppose it has to do with the use of metallic gold and silver as a major finishing element on this piece. As in all of my current paintings, the big textural "impasto technique is a predominant feature.
